Information you provide

If you submit a quote request, we may receive your work email, company name, budget, timeline, selected service, calculated planning range and project notes.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your request, assess which providers may be relevant, operate and improve VendorCosts, prevent abuse, and keep reasonable business records.

Provider sharing

When you explicitly consent on the quote form, VendorCosts may share relevant enquiry details with suitable service providers so they can contact you about the requested service. We do not promise that three providers will always be available.

Service providers

Hosting, email delivery, analytics or security providers may process limited data on our behalf when those services are enabled. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.

Retention and rights

We aim to retain enquiries only as long as reasonably needed for matching, operations and legal obligations. You may contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable law.
